Offers:  Pricing, specifications, availability, and terms of offer may change without notice.  Taxes, fees, shipping, handling and any applicable restocking charges are extra, vary and are not subject to discount. Apparel and Tech, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing due to fluctuating market conditions and at its sole discretion may or may not credit back customers on such items. UPC codes and serial numbers may be removed for promotional purposes. Rebates from manufacturers are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and rebate fulfillment center.  We accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for denied rebates. Customers purchasing products from Apparel and Tech, Inc. not advertising manufacturer rebates (on the unique product page) should assume their purchase will not qualify. Please email us regarding eligibility prior to making a purchase.

Sales:  Sales of Apple products, netbooks, notebooks, software, and televisions are not returnable for any return credit. After 14 calendar days from the delivery date, all other items are not eligible for any return credit. All items on our site come with a manufacturer warranty. Apparel and Tech, Inc. will make every effort feasible to assist you with your warranty or product related issues.  Apparel and Tech, Inc. at its sole discretion may work with the product manufacturer on your behalf to assist in these matters.  Apparel and Tech, Inc. may at its sole discretion make your warranty information available to you through providing you with an invoice and any necessary information you may need to execute such warranty conditions. 

All refused/returned/cancelled shipments in manufacturer sealed boxes will be subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the full amount of shipping/handling & insurance charges that are non-refundable (provided we accept a return). In the event that the manufacturer box has been opened, a 25% restocking fee applies in addition to the full amount of shipping/handling & insurance charges that are non-refundable (provided we accept a return). A return authorization is required for any return. Items that have been powered on or used by the customer are not returnable (for any product). Apparel and Tech, Inc may adjust these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without notice.

Mistakes:  Apparel and Tech, Inc. cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors. Pictures of each product are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are for illustration purposes only. Contact Apparel and Tech, Inc. prior to purchasing for further details.

Terms and Conditions:  These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of computer systems and/or related products and/or services and support sold ("Product") by Apparel and Tech, Inc. entity named on the invoice or acknowledgement ("Apparel and Tech, Inc.") provided to you. By making purchase of the Product, you accept and are bound to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you must leave the site immediately and make no purchase.

1.       Other Documents.  This Agreement may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Apparel and Tech, Inc.

2.       Payment Terms; Orders; Quotes; Interest.  Payment terms are within Apparel and Tech, Inc's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by Apparel and Tech, Inc., payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Product may be made by credit/debit card, Google Checkout, PayPal, wire transfer, cashier's check or some other prearranged payment method. Apparel and Tech, Inc. may invoice parts of an order separately. Your order is subject to cancellation by Apparel and Tech, Inc., at Apparel and Tech, Inc.'s sole discretion. Unless you and Apparel and Tech, Inc have agreed to a different discount, Apparel and Tech, Inc.'s standard pricing policy for Manufacturer-branded systems, which include both hardware and services in one discounted price, allocates the discount off list price applicable to the service portion of the system to be equal to the overall calculated percentage discount off list price on the entire system. Apparel and Tech, Inc is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Apparel and Tech, Inc and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

3.       Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss.  Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Apparel and Tech, Inc. reserves the right to use an alternate courier with similar or faster transit times. Note that all invoices $250 and higher require a live signature at the ship to address and may not be redirected after shipment. Items that appear to be lost in transit should be reported to Apparel and Tech, Inc. if delivery has not been attempted within 3 business days of the original estimated delivery date (do NOT file a claim with the courier - contact us). You must notify Apparel and Tech, Inc. within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery if you believe any part of your purchase is missing or wrong. If there is visible damage to the shipping box, you must tell the courier about such damage prior to signing for the package. Concealed damage must be reported within 1 business day to the courier directly (contact Apparel and Tech, Inc. that same day). International shipments (those delivered outside of the physical boundaries of the United States) will incur and are not limited to customs fees, duties, and taxes in addition to courier brokerage fees. All such customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other fees not listed are the complete responsibility of the receiver. You may be required to pay such fees before the courier will release the package to your possession. UPS Ground will be substituted for FedEx Ground orders bound for Canada and Mexico. Unless you provide Apparel and Tech, Inc. with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location (North Carolina), you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

4.       Delivery and Signature.  A live adult signature at the delivery address is required for all invoices $250 and higher. Signature waivers are not an option due to the value of the items shipped. Pickup at the local courier facility can be arranged by the addressee on the shipping label only (government issued ID required for pickup that matches the name on shipping label). The USPS may only attempt delivery one time before requiring pickup. Up to three (3) delivery attempts will be made by FedEx/UPS. After the third and final unsuccessful attempt, the order will be sent back to Apparel and Tech, Inc. All shipping/freight charges are applicable for products returned after the third attempt and will not be refunded. Transit time is based upon information from the carriers and in no way shall Apparel and Tech, Inc. be held responsible for "late" deliveries. No third party shipping allowed. All orders will be sent to the billing address of the card used (regardless of what shipping address you may specify during checkout), shipping address per Google Checkout, or the PayPal confirmed address (and will NOT be changed after shipment). 5.       Software.  All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the software package and you agree that you will be bound by such license agreement.
